What happens if I received a defective product or incorrect design?

We are very sorry if we have sent you a defective product or incorrect design. We will like to make it up to you. Please email to us at sales@artyhomez.com with the following details:

1.     Your order number

2.     The matter of the issue ( defective product or incorrect design)

3.     Pictures of the defective or incorrect product.

Please note that there is strictly no cash refund unless the exact design is out of stock.

 

Will I be charged for shipping for exchange?

We are happy to share that shipping is free for exchanges.

 

What happens if the design I want is out of stock?

We will proceed to refund you the full amount including the shipping via bank transfer should the request item is out of stock.
