How do I place an order?

You can place an order via our website. Should you have an issue placing an order, please reach out to us at sales@artyhomez.com and we will be most happy to assist you.


How do I register an account?

1. Click on Login / Sign up.

2. Select Register an ccount

3. Fill in your particulars and click “Submit”.


Can I change my address after the order is confirmed and payment is made?

Yes, you can do so within 2 hours of your purchase. Please reach us to us at sales@artyhomez.com as soon as possible.


About Pop Art

What is Pop Art portrait made of?

Our artistic pop art portraits are made of acrylic (surface finishing) and encased with quality wooden frame.


How do I hang the Pop art on the wall? 

There is a metal hook at the back of the pop art portrait. You can hook it up easily with a 3M adhesive hook. Alternatively, you can hook it up with a nail on the wall.


What is the Pop Art dimension?

It comes in a standard size of 26cm x 26cm x 2cm (10” x 10”).

Shipping and Delivery

What is the delivery lead time for my purchase?

For orders placed on Monday – Friday before 6pm, the delivery is estimated to take 1-3 working days upon payment.

For orders placed on Monday – Friday after 6pm  and/or on Saturday and Sunday, the delivery is estimated to take 1-3 working days, commences on the next working day from when the payment is made. We use Singpost to facilitate the delivery of our orders. Therefore it would usually take place between Monday – Friday, from 9am-6pm.


Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes we do. We are planning for this. Do email to us sales@artyhomez.com and we can work out something real fast for you.


Do you offer self-collection in Singapore? 

Yes. Self-Collection is available at WOODLANDS MRT on selected day of the week. Please choose self-collection upon check-out and leave us your name and mobile number under “Comments” section and we will connect with you for pick up arrangement.


How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be send via email once your order has been processed for delivery.


Do you offer free shipping?

Complimentary local delivery will be offered for pop art purchase of 10 pieces and above.


What if my package arrives when I am not at home?

We are sorry to miss you. If that happens, Singpost would leave a slip for you to contact them directly to rearrange another delivery or to collect your parcel .



Returns and Refund / Exchange

What happens if I received a defective product or incorrect design?

We are very sorry if we have sent you a defective product or incorrect design. We will like to make it up to you. Please email to us at sales@artyhomez.com with the following details:

1.     Your order number

2.     The matter of the issue ( defective product or incorrect design)

3.     Pictures of the defective or incorrect product.

Please note that there is strictly no cash refund unless the exact design is out of stock.


Will I be charged for shipping for exchange?

We are happy to share that shipping is free for exchanges.


What happens if the design I want is out of stock?

We will proceed to refund you the full amount including the shipping via bank transfer should the request item is out of stock.



Payment Methods

What are the modes of payment? 

We accept payments made via PayPal at the moment.


How do I know that my payment has went through successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email that contain an order number and an service payment email from paypal. If you have not reveive the confirmation email, please reach us to us at sales@artyhomez.com and we will be happy to assist you.


What currency do I pay when I make a purchase?
All product prices are listed in Singapore Dollar.
